Warranty
Lonely Mountain Leather products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or replace defective items within the warranty period. It is the customer's obligation to retain and provide proof of purchase, as well as evidence, photographic or otherwise, as to the nature of any complaint.
Items are not warranted against misuse. No other warranties are made, expressed or implied.

Conditions of Use
By purchasing products from Lonely Mountain Leather, the customer agrees that Lonely Mountain Leather, its employees, and its business partners are not liable for any damages, injuries, or deaths relating from the use, misuse or neglect of our products.

Lonely Mountain Leather respects your privacy. We will not sell or otherwise distribute customers' personal data. The data that you provide is only for the purpose of completing the sale(s) and shipment of item(s).
Return Policy:
Within 7 Days of Delivery: Lonely Mountain Leather will exchange or fully refund new, unused, non-personalized, and non-custom items. A restocking fee will apply for belts that are being returned due to the incorrect size being ordered. A restocking or base fee also applies for most personalized items. Custom-made items do not qualify for any exchange or refund except as covered by the Warranty as described in the Conditions of Use.
Within 8-30 Days of Delivery: Lonely Mountain Leather will exchange new, unused, non-personalized, and non-custom items for an item or items of equal or lesser amount, or a combination of items and store credit in the form of an individual coupon. A restocking fee will apply for belts that are being returned due to the incorrect size being ordered. A restocking or base fee also applies for most personalized items Custom-made items do not qualify for any exchange or refund except as covered by the Warranty as described in the Conditions of Use.
After 30 Days of Delivery: No refunds or exchanges may be made after 30 days of delivery unless for damage or defect covered under the Warranty as described in the Conditions of Use.
Returning Items: Returns should be made in rigid packaging as any damage resulting from improper packaging will disqualify the product for return. It is the customer's obligation to retain and to provide proof of purchase for establishing the warranty period.
