Customizing Your Order
We enjoy crafting custom orders to your specification. When ordering a product listed on our site, you will see options for customizing your order, with any applicable cost clearly outlined. Some options, such as personalizing an item with your name, may require you to also add a note to your order near the end of checkout. Personalizing an item affects how that item falls under our return policy as outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policies. Options that make an item "personalized" will be clearly marked as such during the customization of your order through our checkout.
If you desire a product or an option not specifically listed amongst our products, please contact us directly at lonelymountainleather (at) gmail.com so that we may accommodate you as much as possible. Depending on your request, we may be able to add the option that you desire to our product listings, in which case we will notify you when this is done so that you may continue with your checkout as normal. For more complicated or unusual requests, the items or features that you desire may constitute a Custom Order, in which case we will be happy to work with you on the item(s)' specifications in order to ensure your satisfaction. The total price of a custom order, as well as any associated delivery time frame, will be made clear once both parties agree on the specifics of the item(s) being ordered.
